Shipping Methods

We ship orders using UPS, USPS, and trusted local logistics partners. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your location and inventory availability.

Warehouse & Fulfillment Locations

To improve delivery speed, we fulfill orders from multiple warehouses:

  • United States Warehouse
    Ships U.S. domestic orders only

  • United Kingdom Warehouse
    Ships UK orders

  • Germany Warehouse
    Ships all European orders excluding the UK

  • Brazil Warehouse
    Ships Brazil domestic orders

  • Other Regions
    Orders outside the above regions will be fulfilled from the most suitable warehouse based on stock availability and logistics efficiency.

Warehouse selection is automatic and cannot be manually changed after an order is placed.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 7 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Estimated Delivery Time

  • All orders: Delivered within 3–15 business days

  • Actual delivery time may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier performance

Handling Time

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday may ship the same day when possible

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays

Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 

International Shipping

International orders are supported in eligible regions shown at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination country regulations

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped.
Please contact support@tnttattooau.com as soon as possible.

After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may refuse delivery and return the package according to our return policy.

Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, delivery addresses cannot be modified.
Please verify your shipping information before checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly (UPS / USPS). Once marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Stolen Packages
If theft is suspected, file a claim with the carrier and email the claim number to contact@tnttattoos.com.

Damaged Packages
Please document damage with clear photos or videos and contact the carrier first.
Send supporting materials to contact@tnttattoos.com, and we will assist where possible.

Tracking & Order Updates

  • Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

  • Please check spam folders if tracking emails are not received
